📦 How We Handle Replacements

If you're experiencing one of the above issues, we’ll send you a replacement puzzle free of charge — as long as the request is submitted within 30 days of your original order.

To start the process, please email us at customeraffairs@masterpiecesinc.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • (Optional) Photos, if applicable

Our team will review your request and place a no-charge replacement order. You’ll receive a confirmation once it's been processed.

Please note: replacements are tracked and managed carefully to ensure proper handling — you won't be billed again.

Replacements are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
